本数据集是子课题采用杂交捕获测序得到的测序数据,支撑了以下论文:《Phylogenomic analysis of the hemp family (Cannabaceae) reveals deep cyto-nuclear discordance and provides new insights into generic relationships》,《A dated phylogeny of the pantropical genus Dalbergia L.f. (Leguminosae: Papilionoideae) and its implications for historical biogeography》,《Phylogeny and biogeography of Morus (Moraceae)》,《Rapid in-situ diversification rates in Rhamnaceae explain the parallel evolution of high diversity in temperate biomes from global to local scales》,《Phylogenomic analyses reveal widespread gene flow during the early radiation of oaks and relatives (Fagaceae: Quercoideae)》等。
